| Q. How long will it take to collect my package? |
| A.
We can usually collect within 20 - 30 minutes of your call. If it is going to be any longer than that we will let you know
at the time of booking . |

| Q.
How will I know when it's been delivered? |
A. We can have the signature e-mailed to you within moments of delivery. Alternatively we will call you and let you know when it was delivered and who signed for it. If you need a progress report at any time our live tracking screen will show exactly where your courier is (and how fast he is going!). |

| Q. Can my package get 'lost' in the system? |
| A. No! Your package will be delivered in a dedicated vehicle i.e. in the same vehicle that collects it. We will take your package straight to the delivery point and get a signature for it.

| Q.
What happens if there is a problem along the way? |
| A.
We will let you know. If our drivers experience significant delays or have any other problems that may jeopardise your delivery we will contact you and seek your advice.

| Q.
What happens if the delivery point is closed when you get there? |
| A.
We have several options; we can, with your permission leave it with a neighbouring company or person. Alternatively we can leave it with a member of the National Courier Association (NCA) who will deliver it at the earliest possible opportunity. Failing that we can bring it back. Don't worry we will always ask you first!

| Q.
How can I pay for the service? |
| A.
If you do not have a credit account with us we will ask you for payment before we undertake the job. We accept most credit and debit cards or you can pay by cheque or cash. Opening an account is easy; simply complete and return an account application form and we will do the rest.

| Q.
Are my goods insured while in your care? |
| A.
Yes. Our Goods in Transit insurance provides cover for £15,000 per vehicle. If your goods are worth more than that we can arrange increased liability at cost. Naturally there are some items that we cannot cover (live animals, jewellery, bullion etc.) so please let us know what we are carrying!

| Q.
When will I get my delivery documents back? |
| A.
We enclose them with your invoice. We invoice on a weekly basis but should you need the paperwork back sooner, we will make sure that happens.
